The U.K. Information Commissioner's Office opened a "call for views" from businesses and digital advertising stakeholders on how "pay or OK" subscription models can achieve third-party cookie compliance. The ICO asked organizations to determine if such a model would be practical for their users as the agency continues to develop cookie regulations.
