The U.K. Information Commissioner's Office released guidelines for lawful employee monitoring in the workplace. Deputy Commissioner Emily Keaney said the guidance, aimed at public and private-sector employers, will "remind organisations that business interests must never be prioritised over the privacy of their workers" and "transparency and fairness are key to building trust."
