The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement filed a privacy impact assessment allegedly related to the use of commercial telemetry data, FedScoop reports. ICE announced in January that it would end the use of commercial telemetry data after privacy and civil rights groups raised concerns over possible privacy and Fourth Amendment rights violations.
