Hong Kong's Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data released its 2022-2023 annual report noting the enforcement of the Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance 2021. The PCPD reported the office took measures to address doxxing and produced "a series of investigation reports highlighting the importance of privacy protection measures and providing recommendations to prevent recurrence of similar breaches."
