A 13-year legal battle over Google allegedly leaking users' personal information to publishers is nearly over after a U.S. judge approved a USD23 million settlement, MediaPost reports. The lawsuit claimed search engine queries were being transmitted to third parties. U.S. District Court Judge Edward Davila wrote the deal was "fair, accurate and reasonable."
