Google debuted its new mobile application product, Checks, TechCrunch reports. The app uses artificial intelligence to identify potential privacy and compliance issues within new apps to help developers stay ahead of regulatory and policy changes. Checks can run on both Android and iOS, and is considered “freemium.” Developers can submit their app for a privacy compliance analysis. The analysis includes an automated review and a human review on higher tiers of service.
