Google is reportedly revising revising disclaimers provided in its “incognito” mode, according to MediaPost. Potential new wording on the new incognito home page viewed by TechDows stated “Incognito does not make you invisible online.” The change follows a ruling by U.S. District Court Judge in the Northern District of California Lucy Koh that a lawsuit filed by users, claiming the tracking of users in incognito mode violates federal and state privacy laws, can move forward.
