The Baden-Württemberg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information released a paper outlining its views on what legal protections for data privacy already exist when it comes to artificial intelligence systems. The German state DPA's paper is meant to give guidance while more focused AI legislation is being hammered out within the EU.
