The U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection posted an opening for a general attorney in trade regulation. The position is located within the Division of Enforcement, Division of Marketing Practices, and Division of Privacy and Identity Protection, overseeing issues to consumer privacy and information security. The attorney will determine matters to be investigated, carry out investigations and litigation, “prepare and prosecute difficult, complex, and important cases,” and more.
