France's Directorate General for Enterprise opened a public consultation on virtual immersive universes. Stakeholders, including citizens, companies and researchers, are invited to submit comments until 2 May on expectations around technologies like virtual and augmented realities, blockchain reality and 3D creation software. The DGE said an "immersive digital transition is looming" and the public consultation will allow stakeholders to "express themselves on their expectations in the face of this novelty in order to design a French strategy capable of anticipating this transition."
