Financial services company Global Payments and its subsidiary Xenial are facing a class-action lawsuit for allegedly violating Illinois' Biometric Information Privacy Act, ClassAction reports. The lawsuit claimed employees whose businesses used Global Payments services had biometric information collected and stored without consent.
