The European Data Protection Supervisor published the results of its audit of the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation. The audit focused on Europol's protocols for processing personal data provided by third countries, international organizations and alleged suspects who were under age 15. The EDPS issued 10 recommendations for improving compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, six of which were designated "imperative to ensure compliance."
