The European Data Protection Board will use its next plenary meeting to discuss the proposed EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders will go before the board with a presentation on the commission's draft EU-U.S. adequacy decision. The EDPB will follow the presentation with its own formal discussion on "the state of play" regarding its nonbinding opinion of the draft decision.
