Authorities in the Netherlands emphasized the safety and reliability of the country’s digital COVID-19 testing system were not compromised following a leak that exposed users’ data, Euronews reports. The security flaw was found on the Testcoronanu website, a test provider linked to the government website, which enabled online users to access records and create fake negative test certificates in the CoronaCheck application.
