European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders is an official candidate for the Council of Europe's secretary general position, Politico reports. Former Head of the Federal Department of Home Affairs of Switzerland Alain Berset and former Member of the Estonia Riigikogu Indrek Saar will also vie for the position ahead of the Council of Europe's June election.
