CyberScoop reports a Washington, D.C., voter breach may have affected all registered voters within the district. It is unclear if information such as Social Security numbers, drivers' license numbers or similar personally identifiable information was extracted. The District of Columbia Board of Elections hired a cybersecurity firm to investigate the incident after learning the data was being offered for sale online.
