Pennsylvania’s Sincera Reproductive Medicine reported unauthorized access to patient information in September 2020, including patient names, Social Security numbers, birthdates, medical diagnoses and more, The Progress reports. Sincera said patient data may have been accessed from Aug. 10 to Sept. 13, 2020. The company notified potential impacted individuals and reported the breach to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation and federal regulators.
