The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said it would not stop a Federal Trade Commission hearing concerning Meta's practice of serving targeted advertisements to minors, MediaPost reports. The court found Meta did not meet the standards for an injunction, meaning the FTC now has the leeway to reopen a prior consent agreement and consider stricter restrictions on marketing to teens.
