The International Information System Security Certification Consortium's annual workforce study indicated the cybersecurity industry needs to double in size to properly protect the digital world, Fortune reports. But almost half of the membership surveyed said they have seen layoffs or budget cuts on their teams, and less than half think their company has the resources to adequately respond to cyberthreats.
