Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser published a list of recognized universal opt-out mechanisms under the Colorado Privacy Act. Per CPA Rule 5.07, Weiser's office is to maintain a "shortlist" of verified mechanisms that meet requirements under the CPA, which must be published by 1 Jan. 2024 and then updated on a rolling basis. The list currently holds three mechanisms, including the Global Privacy Control.
