France's data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, published an FAQ document on the European Commission's adequacy decision regarding the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The FAQ features key provisions of the DPF and details the process by which French entities can transfer data to U.S. organizations if the given organization has not adopted the DPF agreement.
