The California Privacy Protection Agency and California Attorney General Rob Bonta filed an appeal over a superior court decision to delay enforcement of California Privacy Rights Act regulations. In it's appeal, the CPPA alleged the superior court decision on claims by the California Chamber of Commerce was grounded in a "single ambiguous section in the CPRA."
