Canada Post experienced a data breach affecting 950,000 customers, CTV News reports. The breach occurred after one of Canada Post's suppliers experienced a ransomware attack. An investigation found the majority of the information compromised in the incident included customers' names and addresses, though no financial information was exposed during the breach. Canada Post notified 44 of its large business customers and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of the breach.
