Brazil's data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, unveiled its proposed regulations for international data transfers. The draft proposal "aims to regulate international transfers of personal data and the presentation of the standard contractual clauses model." The consultation period is open until 14 Sept.
