Brazil's National Data Protection Authority published its strategic plan for 2021-2023. The document includes three strategic objectives the agency hopes to achieve over the three-year period, including efforts to enhance the culture of personal data protection, establish an effective regulatory environment and improve the conditions to help better fulfill legal powers. The plan also touches upon the actions the ANPD plans to take to achieve its objective as well as present its strategic map.
