The Association of National Advertisers and 4A's rolled out a campaign to solicit U.S. lawmakers on a comprehensive federal privacy law, MediaPost reports. The ad groups' "Responsible Privacy in Advertising Initiative" aims to pitch U.S. Congress on overriding the growing patchwork of U.S. state privacy laws by making updates to their shared self-regulatory code by Q1 2024.
