The Regina Post-Leader reports Saskatchewan Information and Privacy Commissioner Ron Kruzeniski urged organizations to speak with a lawyer about mandating employee vaccinations when considering a return to office. Kruzeniski said, "In a sense, it is simple — each organization can decide for itself, ... after taking legal advice.” He also recommended organizations discuss with lawyers a purpose, length of time and breadth of data collection, and potentially developing a policy on employee vaccination data collection.
