The U.S. House Committee on Rules delayed action on whether to renew Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act after lawmakers could not come to an agreement on the bill, Roll Call reports. The bill was renewed on a short-term basis in 2023, but is set to expire in April without action.
