  • A class-action lawsuit was filed March 8 against HBO for allegedly sharing customer watch lists with Facebook without their consent, Variety reports. The lawsuit was filed in federal court in New York and alleges when HBO shared customer watch lists with Facebook, it allowed the company to match customers’ watch lists with their Facebook profiles.
