Spain's data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, announced four fines, including three EU General Data Protection Regulation penalties, totaling 169,000 euros. Equifax Iberica was ordered to pay 75,000 euros for violating Article 6(1) after failing to delete a data subject's information upon request. Xfera Móviles was hit with a 39,000 euro penalty for breaching Article 5(1)(f), while Glovoapp23 received a 25,000 euro fine for its failure to hire a data protection officer.
