The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs announced and implemented a new cybersecurity strategy program to provide more secure protections for veterans' personal data, ZDNet reports. The program also better protects information systems and assets, and works with other organizations on best practices. "As we continue to rapidly advance technology across VA, this strategy provides an agile framework to address the challenges of today and adapt to the technologies and threats of tomorrow," Secretary of Veterans Affairs Denis McDonough said.
