The High Court of Kenya ordered cryptocurrency exchange Worldcoin to halt processing new biometric data in the country, Jurist reports. The court's order is in effect until an investigation brought by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya is resolved. The judge also ordered the destruction of all data in their possession under the supervision of the ODPC and a revocation of their license as a data controller.
