The U.K. Information Commissioner’s Office issued a pair of reprimands to schools for improperly disclosing children’s personal data. The first legal warning was sent to a Cheshire primary school. A class photograph was sent by the school to a local newspaper that contained the images of two students whose adoptive parents did not consent any form of sharing. The second was sent to a Humberside primary school for sending a class photo home to parents that included the image of a child whose adoptive parents signed a form stating no photographs of their child could be shared outside of school.
