Spain's data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, announced the creation of a new section on its website dedicated to health data processing. The new page offers "a compendium of legislation, criteria, doctrine and precedents" that will help professionals and various stakeholders address data protection in the health space. The seven sub-sections within the page aim to provide "general information on the treatment of health data and how to exercise the right of access to medical records."
