Additional changes
Some features and/or functionality have changed or been removed as part of this replatformed website.
Web conferences and video recordings – Upcoming web conferences will still appear in the Resources section, with registrants receiving recordings and automatic CPE updates. Now, past recordings are available as filterable videos in Resources and can be viewed without registration. Certified users who watch a recording without registering for the live event must now self-submit CPEs.

"Contributions" pages for thought leaders – Individual web pages for thought leaders are no longer available. Contributions can be added to LinkedIn or personal sites, while names, titles, companies and bios remain accessible.
Past events and slide decks from past conference sessions – We will be publishing approximately a half-year of past conferences in the weeks following launch, which will include links to session slide decks. In the interim, you can access assets like this through the conference’s mobile app.
See the Past Events page for instructions.
A new MyIAPP account experience
In Fall 2025, we introduced a new MyIAPP account experience that requires all account holders – new and existing – to update their sign-in information the next time they want to access MyIAPP.
All existing materials in your account will still be there once you sign in. Think of this as a new door into your current home.

What are we doing and why?
The updated sign-in and account setup enhances security, streamlines navigation, and lays the groundwork for future member benefits.
Benefits
- Usernames are no longer tied to your email, so you can keep your account if your email changes.
- Account security now includes multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Once signed in, you stay logged in for ninety days on the same device but can sign out anytime.
- Certified users can easily view certification status, CPEs, and related info.
- Improved navigation helps you quickly find what you need.
- Registering for web conferences and KnowledgeNet meetings now takes just one step instead of seven.
What to expect when you sign in for the first time if you haven’t since before September 2025
All account holders are asked to create a new sign-in.
- All returning users must complete a quick three-step sign-up process. Your account materials remain unchanged; consider this a new way to access your updated account. After initial sign-up, you won’t need to sign in again for ninety days unless you manually sign out.
- MFA can be enabled on the “Profile and security” page after signing up. You now use a username to sign in instead of an email, though you’ll still provide an email during sign-up to link existing purchases, registrations, and certifications.
