EU digital law and policy: Mapping the emergent landscape
Published: 16 Jan. 2026
At the heart of the emergent landscape of EU digital law and policy are issues of privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, data access and use, platform safety and design, competition in the digital marketplace and, of course, artificial intelligence. New requirements from across the suite of new EU digital laws, as well as how they intersect with the EU's long-standing data protection regime, have created questions for practitioners, executives, and law and policymakers alike.
This webinar will take a closer look at the EU digital laws — including the AI Act, Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act, Data Governance Act, Data Act and NIS2 Directive — with a deep dive into the various responsibilities and rights enshrined by these laws. It will also consider how the EU's ongoing efforts around simplification and implementation may affect compliance programs in the future.
