Ireland's Data Protection Commission will participate in the European Data Protection Board's 2024 Coordinated Enforcement Framework, which focuses on the right of access under Article 15 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The DPC will issue a questionnaire to 30 public and private data controllers registered in Ireland as part of an European Economic Area-wide effort on how organizations apply EDPB access guidelines.
