Andorra's Data Protection Agency announced the government approved decrees on regulations for the application of Law 29/2021, of 28 October, of Personal Data Protection, and agency regulations. The decrees allow the regulator to better adapt Andorra's law to global regulations, specifically the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Additionally, the decrees allow for updated guidance from the agency on data protection officer appointments and the use of third-party cookies and privacy notices.
