A number of privacy concerns are being raised regarding Amazon’s Astro home robot, CNET reports. Experts said Astro, a mobile robot that moves from room to room in a customer’s home, would be more intrusive than Alexa and Ring doorbell technology. Astro features facial recognition to identify members of a household, including pets. Astro tech also includes home-mapping and tracking sensors, and it is equipped with Alexa.
