This workshop will simulate a regulatory privacy enforcement action. The simulation will take attendees through each critical stage of an enforcement action--initial contact with regulators, civil investigative demands, notices of violation, litigation, and remedial measures.

What you will learn:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of the enforcement process.
  • Learn strategies for interacting with regulators and decreasing risk through effective advocacy.
  • Learn how to better prepare for a regulatory enforcement action.

Additional registration fee required.
