The EU Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act is world’s first comprehensive law for developing and using AI systems and is set to become an influential regulatory framework of global dimensions.

This session will cover the complexities of the AI Act in a comprehensive and practical matter. From the AI Act’s aim and key concepts to the relevant obligations for providers and deployers of the various types of AI in-scope, delegates will be equipped with the understanding and knowledge required to make an immediate impact on their AI governance work. Crucially, as the ongoing AI Act Omnibus progresses, the session will provide a comprehensive update on the applicable timings for compliance and what needs to be prioritized now.
