Social media site LinkedIn faces a class-action lawsuit over whether it illegally tracked the data of users by using a tracking pixel without disclosing it, according to Top Class Actions. The plaintiff said the pixel was used to track their visit to a California Department of Motor Vehicles website to check for a disability placard.
