This week’s Privacy Advisor podcast features Justin Weiss, CIPP/US, who currently serves as the global head of data privacy for Naspers. Weiss, who was recently appointed to the , is currently based in Hong Kong, but has experience in both U.S. and EU privacy regimes as well, having worked for Yahoo in its international policy group and at the National Advertising Initiative before that. In this podcast, Weiss talks about the ways in which his convictions about the importance of the privacy pro’s role at a fundamental level fuels his work, and why he chose to work in an emerging market such as Hong Kong.
