IAPP Vanguard Awards

IAPP Vanguard Awards honor privacy professionals whose pioneering work is helping to shape the future of privacy and data protection. Vanguard Award recipients have contributed essential knowledge through years of volunteer service and exceptional performance in their privacy and data protection work.

Each year, the awards celebrate one IAPP member from five geographical regions—Asia, EMEA, Latin America (including Mexico), North America (U.S. and Canada) and Oceania— who demonstrate exceptional leadership, expertise and creativity in privacy and data protection.
