Each year, the IAPP celebrates the people making a difference in the world of privacy, AI governance and cybersecurity law, through noteworthy commitment, contribution and leadership. Award winners are selected by the IAPP leadership and announced at the IAPP Global Summit every year.

The IAPP Leadership Award celebrates individuals who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to furthering and advancing the growth and visibility of the privacy, AI governance and cybersecurity law professions.
IAPP Vanguard Award
IAPP Vanguard Awards celebrate one IAPP member from five geographical regions — Asia, EMEA, Latin America (including Mexico), North America (U.S. and Canada) and Oceania — who have achieved greatness and creativity in building a foundation for the fields of privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity law and digital responsibility.
