13 dos and don'ts for successful proposals

Do...

  • Submit proposals using the form.
  • Complete every field, using the directions.
  • Represent a variety of roles that relate to the subject matter.
  • Keep the content educational, practical, and operational.  
  • Address problems faced daily by privacy, AI governance, and cybersecurity lawprofessionals.
  • Focus on audience interaction and actionable takeaways.


Don't...

  • Submit after the deadline.
  • Provide more information than requested. 
  • Use more than one speaker from the same company.
  • Include more than four speakers, including the moderator.
  • List to-be-confirmed speaker(s) in your proposal.
  • Submit a sales pitch.
  • Submit more than two proposals per person.
