How to earn MCLE credits by attending an IAPP conference

Scan your badge

Ensure your badge is scanned as you enter sessions at MCLE-eligible conferences. New York and New Jersey lawyers must also have their badges scanned when exiting.

Submit the MCLE form

Complete the form before the deadline for a timely response. You must complete a new form for each conference you attend.

IAPP Global Summit 2026

The MCLE credit application form closed on 17 April. Please contact mcle@iapp.org if you missed the deadline and we will do our best to aid in credit reporting. Up to 24 credits are possible. See how many credits each state approved here. When you reach out, be sure to include the state(s) and bar number(s) of licensure, as well as if you were a speaker on any sessions.
