This session brings together industry, academic, and government perspectives to explore the pressures, pitfalls, and possibilities of rapid decision making on high-stakes and novel questions about technology, especially AI, where leaders often feel pressed, by many factors, to make complex choices under tight time constraints, in decisions that ripple across organizations, communities, and society at large.
