This panel will to put children at the center of privacy protections and highlight key insights from regulators that have made children's privacy a strategic priority: the OPC-Canada, the French CNIL, the U.K. ICO and the US FTC. They will discuss the OPC’s guidance on age assurance, the CNIL work in digital education, lessons from the implementation of the ICO's children's code, and the FTC's enforcement of COPPA. This session is also an opportunity to share early insights on the 2025 Global Privacy Enforcement Network Sweep on the theme of children’s privacy.
