Join us for this two-part workshop exploring the evolving world of EU cybersecurity regulations while putting your incident response skills to the test.
Part 1 (the “Law”): Cybersecurity law is a rapidly evolving area. Emerging laws and legislative reform make compliance a moving target. We will explore the new laws in this area, including NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act. We will also explore the overlapping incident reporting requirements across these laws as well as DORA, GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and the EECE.
Part 2 (the “Reality”): Evolving cybersecurity regulations require companies and institutions to be prepared to respond effectively to incidents. We will host a cyber crisis simulation event, which is designed to provide delegates with a hands-on, immersive experience that aims to improve their decision making in a high-pressure scenario. By navigating a simulated cyberattack in real time using interactive role playing, live polling and expert-led discussions, participants will gain valuable insights into crisis management, regulatory considerations and communication strategies.
What you will learn:
- A stronger understanding of cyber regulation, cyber crisis management and best practices.
- The ability to make informed, strategic decisions under pressure.
Additional registration fee required.
